Return Policy
IMPORTANT: Before submitting your order, please review your order carefully. Sorbee is unable to issue credit for shipping charges caused by customer error. Sorbee is unable to issue credit for open products. Further details are listed below.
RETURN POLICY:
All claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the order, as determined by UPS tracking information. Sorbee will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee; however, Sorbee will not refund the cost of shipping (unless determined the return is a result of our error or the merchandise was damaged during shipping). All returns must have prior approval by calling our toll-free phone number (1-800-654-3997, ext. 285). A Return Authorization Number will be assigned by one of our Customer Service Representatives. All returned merchandise must be shipped via prepaid freight to the following address:

ORDERS CANCELLATIONS:
If an order is cancelled more than twenty-four (24) hours after it has been placed, either online or by phone, the purchaser may be responsible for a twenty (20) percent restocking fee.
REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:
If packages are refused, original and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser's original form of payment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
If an order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by purchaser, and returned to Sorbee, the purchaser will be responsible for the full cost of shipping as well as the twenty (20) percent restocking fee. This applies to orders that are being shipped to regular and third party recipients.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by purchaser, Sorbee will not be able to issue refunds for products damaged, lost, or stolen.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS:
In order for credit to be received for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at purchaser’s expense, to our return address listed above, and must be in the same condition as it was received. All returns caused by customer error may be subject to a twenty (20) percent restocking fee.
Please note that on orders caused by customer error, Sorbee will not issue credit for shipping in either direction.
HOT WEATHER ISSUES:
Sorbee cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to extremes in temperature. If you have questions about perishable products, please contact us our toll-free phone number (1-800-654-3997, ext. 285). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping method for their shipment.
MISSING ITEMS:
If an order is received and there is a discrepancy regarding a missing item, a claim must be submitted within five (5) business days after receipt of order as determined by UPS tracking information.
ORDERS WITH INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
If incorrect merchandise is received (product other than what was ordered by purchaser), Sorbee will ship corrected merchandise at the shipping service level at which it was purchased.
Minimum Order must be $20.00 (excluding shipping costs)
